Excellent repair service
Rob is an awesome mechanic with lots of experience, he will take care of your bike guaranteed. and if you buy a different bike he will take care of that one too. Any bike you need taken care of bring it to Rob, you will not be dissapointed
The customer service was refreshingly helpful and overall great. I interacted with both George and Lorenzo, and so appreciated their assistance, knowledge and expertise. I ultimately purchased my new bike from Lorenzo as he is who was available when I returned to the store - He was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and explained everything that I asked and wanted to learn about my new bike. I had been to two other local bike dealers before stopping in to V5, and I found the customer service experience at V5 to be superior.
