⭐ 1 Star – Utterly Incompetent and Negligent – Avoid at All Costs I have never dealt with a more negligent and disinterested finance company than V12 Vehicle Finance. My experience has been nothing short of disgraceful. I purchased a car through them in November 2024. Within 48 hours, I discovered it was sold in an unroadworthy and illegal condition, including a non-MOT-compliant passenger seatbelt and dangerously worn front brake pads, later confirmed by a failed MOT. Purchased a vehicle using v12 in August 2024, by late 2024 the vehicle was displaying major fault codes that my local garage had not seen before. I immediately contacted v12, and then took it to a landrover specialist who advised that the DPF was cracked and the vehicle had been tampered with to hide faults, I then had an independent court compliant engineers report done with Scotia, which confirmed the vehicle had been mapped to hide major engine and exhaust faults, and previous MOT failures confirmed the same.
