Im impressed with the smooth process I received from the V12 definitely recommend if you looking for a good and reliable vehicle finance.
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with V12. The customer service has been poor, and communication has been unhelpful throughout. They push additional services to every customer, which feels more like an attempt to upsell rather than to genuinely support or provide you a good service. Unfortunately, their focus seems to be purely on closing the sale rather than supporting their customers. Once the sale is completed, any issues become very difficult to resolve. My partner and I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this abysmal company. Specifically 'Customer Complaints Executive' Sally Crosby who was rude, dismissive and dealt with the matter in what I can only describe as argumentative counter-productive way, from the get go I could clearly see that she had no intention with helping and rather just argue and talk over me throughout the phonecall. Felt bullied and blackmailed from Jay Brahma . Was told several times if I don’t get back to him by a certain time he’d assume I wasn’t interested and cancel my application. Made out that he was doing me a favour that no one else could or would do finance for me. Horrible guy to deal with.
