The V1 cyclery was an awesome experience. They took my bike in after a woeful experience at the 99, and helped me replace some tricky parts. Zac was super friendly, knowledgeable and identified some other maintenance my bike needed. After the work was complete, my bike felt like it did when it was brand new! Thanks for the great work V1. Very impressed
My bike bottom bracket died whist halfway through a 200km ride. They welcomed me in and made me feel as if I was the only customer that mattered even though they had never met me before. They fixed it on the spot and I finished the ride. It now works perfectly . Top marks for the high level of bike mechanic skills but what impressed me most was the kindness and caring friendly attitude. Many thanks indeed.
V1 Cyclery is fantastic! Zac was welcoming and knowledgeable. He was great listening to my questions and concerns and my triathlon bike rides beautifully now. He also showed me a few bike maintenance/pre-race tips. You won’t find a better bike shop! Thanks Zac I appreciate everything!
