Would put zero stars of I could. Expired LLC license the drive couldn't speak or understand English was over a hour late then rushed us at Dr's appt . Disconnected phone numbers . Did I mention they didn't show up 2 weeks prior for a Dr's appt . Had to reschedule and they was a hour late almost had to reschedule again . Never again
These people should never be a medical transportation service. Insurance companies should never use these people ever again. No show pickup for me and its a really important doctor appointment at nemours children hospital. What's the point of providing your number to call if no one is going to answer the phone. What's the point you known in a advance you know what time and day to pick people up but never showed up.
They are always late I can never make it to my dialysis appointment on time even though I go three times a week at the same time workers are very rude and the barely speak English

The driver arrived 50 minutes early and picked me up an hour and 40 minutes late didn't speak any English I had to use Google translate to communicate I kept sliding around cuz he drove like a maniac went the wrong way down a one-way Street and the van I was in had a leak in the exhaust so I basically breathed in carbon monoxide for 45 minutes each way and the windows didn't roll down so I couldn't get in fresh air yeah I'm going to report them to the State of Florida to the health commission to my insurance company into the... read more
