the man is so rude and not professional. No wonder they have such a low rating
The absolute rudeness from the receptionist, although he stated he is the boss. Constantly kept talking over me, bringing up phone etiquette yet has no phone etiquette himself. If thats how i get answered on the phone, i don't want to imagine how they would treat you if you hired them. Mannerism is part of phone etiquette, apparently some people forget that.
I am very happy with Vincent Pennisi’s honesty, advice, patience and performance during my matter. I would recommend him to anyone.
