The V-Line is always late, I get there is things like traffic but no matter the time they’re always 40 mins late, I’ve been late to multiple classes because the bus is always late, and the app never works so you never know where bus is at or if it’s even close to the stop. Again the bus is supposed to pick us up at 9! We got picked up at 10 whole hour late, some students have class at 11 and the bus is supposed to drop them off at 10:15 not 11 same with the 5:15 Fresno to Visalia, leaving Visalia at 5 when it’s supposed to b... read more
Great smooth ride. Nice attitude driver
Yep going to airport was on one of the smaller buses, very rough ride and window next to me sounded like it was going to fall out. Yep coming home from airport was on larger bus, was much smoother and better ride. All in all will use them plenty more times in the future.
The V-Line gets a mixed review from me. It's great when it runs the way it's supposed to. However, I have been stranded in Fresno close to 10 times because some of the drivers decide to leave early. It is a shuttle and should NEVER depart before its scheduled time. I've complained to dispatch as well as to the complaint number, City of Visalia. I've never received a call back let alone a free ride. If certain drivers find it so hard to wait 5 or 10 minutes until the correct departure time, then maybe they should be fired. Af... read more
The bus itself is useful. But they do not take cards anymore even though the info center at the Fresno Airport, the bus pamphlet, online, and in the bus itself, says they do. And the driver on 1501 did not want to wait for me to run in and grab cash at the atm right inside the airport door. Luckily someone on the bus offered to cover us or we would have had to wait another 2 hours for the next bus.
