I’ve been a loyal client of VK Tax Service for nearly a decade, but this year’s experience was absolutely unacceptable. I had to constantly follow up to get any response, and my return wasn’t even completed two days before the filing deadline—despite repeated outreach on my part. I was essentially ignored for weeks. Be patient. They’re super knowledgeable and do what they can to properly help you. I appreciate their work.
I made an appointment weeks prior showed up waited in lobby for 30 min. No acknowledgment, no one at front counter. Place smelled funny and was crowded. As a result I left. I wish I had checked the reviews seems to be a common trend here with terrible customer service. Wasted an hour of my time driving. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
