I’ve been a loyal client of VK Tax Service for nearly a decade, but this year’s experience was absolutely unacceptable. I had to constantly follow up to get any response, and my return wasn’t even completed two days before the filing deadline—despite repeated outreach on my part. I was essentially ignored for weeks.
