This was just my experience But I had a problem with my phone not charging, guy here told me my phone had a bent pin, said it’d be $100+ to replace Took it to Apple, they said it just needed to be cleaned, everything was fine otherwise.
Paid a premium price for a very bad product. Was going to charge me 300 dollars for a glitchy screen that didn’t fit my phone. Very expensive for very bad product. Did not meet the promised result. Would not recommend
Really helpful they suggested a free work around rather than what we asked them to fix. They were totally upfront about risk of further damage if they did the repair (older phone). We decided to go with the work around. Will definitely come back for any other phone repairs.
As a customer of this business for 3 years, the staffs service are always pleasant and professional. When other stores couldn't help me, I sent here as they were sure the problem could be fixed here which it was. Would definitely recommend this business to everyone. Very pleased I came here.
I have been coming here for years since they opened. Tony and Kevin always look after my family with any phone issues. They are honest and fast with their service compared to the others in the centre. 10/10! We definitely recommend this store. You’ll be looked after very well by the boys!
