Bruce, your office staff reflects your character, as you tolerate the behavior. You have the most unprofessional and uneducated staff I’ve ever dealt with. My wife has had to call there numerous times and you can’t even give her a call back? Not only that, but two months later you cash a check after your representation was cancelled? Cancelled because you provided her with a letter for court written by what appears to be a ten year old. Doesn't answer all calls... secretary said wasn't in the office one day but heard him talking... what a piece of work...
I would give less stars if at all possible. I believe Mr. Chambers was once a decent lawyer, but he is not anymore. He is concerned with getting your money, but not earning it. He didn't meet with me before going to court, other than the initial meeting. At court, he didn't know I was his client by sight for sure. He reviewed my file right before going into court, and didn't know emails he was reading were coming from me. I made out worse in court with him than I would have by representing myself.
