This is my first time trying this company, and I can tell you it’s the worst experience I’ve had since doing tax returns. When I called them about why I haven’t received my tax refund? The person replied “ we are not an attorney” and then send me a link which there’s no access. Please stick to whichever company you use to, whether you’re coming from a different or not don’t use this company.
Booked an appointment for Saturday, had to pay a deposit for motorization services and they never answered the door. The hours say it’s closed but their website lets you pay for time slots on saturdays so I assumed they were open. Would not recommend.
Had an appointment there at 9, they never made it there to open, had to go 3 times to get things done properly but still didn’t work. Go somewhere else if you can
