We had a few concerns that were expressed on our initial visit regarding the underlay and thickness of carpet we could get away with, but we were assured numerous times the underlay and carpet would be the airy, cushiony feel we required. After a couple of rooms had been fitted, we were shocked at the feel...hard with no bounce and a 1cm gap of yellow paint where the new carpet/underlay was so much thinner than the 15 year old flattened carpet we were replacing. So far, my experiences with this company have been very poor, my bedroom carpet looks 2nd hand, and my landing carpet has been so badly fitted, it has a patch in it, a awful white line across the top of the landing, and the carpet is bulging up, I have contacted the shop owner by email, but I've been completely ignored..
Came out to the house on time with plenty of samples to choose from. Polite and helpful

The prices were great, and the quality was even better. The estimator turned up in time, brought out loads of samples and helped us through the whole process and explained everything very clearly gave us great advice.
