This company is no good. I referred several customers to them and they suspended my account for no good cause. My driver record is clean and when you email them they stopped responding. Very very unprofessional and I have notified the ppl I referred to them and they will be stopping service as well. Never seen a company like this. Also heard from other passengers Uzurv drivers that went through the same issue.
I love how easy it is to use. I just with they change there hours. People who goes to dialysis before 5:30 should be able to use them. I have to be at dialysis at 4:30 but can’t use them cause of there time
miserable and worst company Yesterday was my worst day because I applied for this company. I am a caregiver and thought I would make some money after the job. When I bought my car, I was told it was a 2015. I was signing up on this app and entering all my information and I selected a 2015 car, but when I checked the registration, my car turned out to be a 2013. MTA paratransit added a new service called UZURV to its call a ride partnerships in 2022. I’ve been utilizing that particular service for 3-years. It is excellent! A wonderful addition. I do not experience long wait times, very little lateness, and UZURV is always on time. Never stranded. So much safer for that reason when traveling home in the evenings.
