You can book the ride and wait no longer then about 10 minutes for your car to arrive. The drivers for the most part are friendly....Unlike traditional mobility the ride takes awhile never at the expected time then sometimes have to make stops so you have to get to your destination early in order to be on time. UZURV is very good and convenient I'm very thankful to have it!!!

I had a pretty good experience with the drivers at UZURV until June 11,2026 I had to make a complaint against this driver because I activated my will call at Giant supermarket which I told the dispatcher that I wanted to be picked up at the main entrance. This particular driver pulls up approximately two to three yards away from the main interest. So I'm standing there as soon as you exit the main entrance. So I started motioning my hand for him to come and pull up to where I am where he should pull up to. He just sits there... read more

I want to like this app and the 3 rides I had where grate. The drivers where kind and understanding, but each time I make my ride it gets pushed back, so Minny times that it gets cancelled, or I have to cancel my ride and where I was going. It's because the drivers can decide what rides they want wich I understand, but I have places to be that are time sinsative. Yes I get a call when they can find a driver, yes traffic and construction sucks but how Minny drivers do you have that no one wants to take rides outside of Minnea... read more
