Today I am giving them 2 stars. I had to wait an hour for my scheduled ride to go to my doctor’s appointment. This is so frustrating. This appointment was a fill in due to I was feeling bad. Service was great and still is sometimes. Today terrible and I am very very frustrating. There is times some of the drivers are very rude. They do not look at their notes which would help. I have used UZURV for my rides. It is the best. The drivers are courteous. The rides are comfortable . The app is easy to use and I don’t have to worry about a shared ride in the metro mobility bus and. Not getting to my destination at the correct appointment time or being late for work. Thank you UZURV!
