Still giving them a low score. FINALLY got through to Precious, who resolved my problem. Still had to jump through 7 hoops to get her. This company has NO rider support. Website sucks.
The driver was fantastic; however, dealing with the people in the home office is beyond terrible. There is no one to talk to, you have to leave a message then wait up to 24 hours to get a response. When they do call back, they lie to you. If you try to send them an email you will not get a response. They care nothing about their riders. STAY AWAY.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!! DRIVERS CANNOT READ THE DIRECTIONS!!!! YOU CALL AND NO ONE ANSWERS!!!! I'VE BEEN CALLING "STEPHANIE GARCIA" FOR MONTHS AND NEVER A RETURN CALL!!!!!!!
The ride was good, but there is a 2-hour wait between scheduling and riding.
