Update – July 14, 2025: Still no response from UZURV support despite multiple follow-ups. My background check has been marked complete since June 30, and both of my vehicles (a 2020 Lexus and 2019 Toyota Corolla) are fully inspected and documented. My account remains suspended with no explanation, and no one has reached out directly. This service has the best drivers! Each one has been courteous and helpful as well as safe and considerate ( e.g., slowing down when going over rough roads). Additionally, the cars are well maintained. I will always choose this service when given an option!
I had to go this route in order to get some kind of response from UZURV i have contacted support and still no response my account is still suspended and its been over 4 days all my documents that were due 6/25/25 were completed I also have received a my background report thru checkr was completed and it still shows pending in the app. My account currently includes two registered vehicles: a 2020 Lexus (added approximately two weeks ago) and a 2019 Toyota Corolla. I have been driving with UZURV for a year now in Maryland but my account got suspended because a rider reported me saying I was playing with my phone while driving and I contacted them to explain but they didn’t get my side of the story and told them I have a camera in my car I can provide a video but they still suspended my account but anyway UZURV is a good company to drive with and I love how the costumer respect the drivers 👍
You need to check yourself if you say uzruv better than uber, for you to work 10hours in a day on uber your $250 to $300 is certain with years of car uzruv are request ,which this can’t happen on uzruv unless you are family or relatives,I see it as advance go puff because whatever ride you select they will give you the one they wish after their family and relatives have the best of it ,is those one that will be telling rider “uzruv is 10 times better than uber” because those dispatch is favor then, again you can’t compare th... read more
