I purchased a voucher on groupon for a 90 minute deluxe facial. I called the next day to confirm. I could not get ahold of anybody. I then called the next day after that and finally got ahold of Madhi Parnell who was suppose to do my facial. I wanted to confirm my appointment since I never got a confirmation.
