The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was easy to find the text rental and get what I needed.
I don't know what possessed you to only allow spring 2026 semester students to get their books the day before it starts when for spring 2025 we had a whole week to get our books. The line is over 3 hours long and you're only open for 4 hours. You need to refund EVERYONE their parking fees, issue an all out apology, and offer seating every few feet without having to worry about losing our spot in line. An older gentleman who helped me with my book return - for the second time. I had to interact with him last school year when I returned book. He had done the same thing then too. He asked me if I a returning book for someone else or myself. He did not ask the other people returning books this who were younger than I. Even though I am over 50. This is insulting. I am a student. Does my tuition not pay his salary?
