Really happy with this company. They showed up on time, handled everything without any fuss, and the bill matched the quote — no surprises. The driver was friendly too. Would definitely use them again.
Absolutely horrible customer service will definitely be switching you'd think they would try to work with their customers who would potential be with them for life but they are petty and rude
The absolute worst trash company I've ever dealt with, the driver sits outside and plays on his phone for 30 minutes, then drives away without picking up the trash, calls to the office accompish NOTHING.
On june 26 2026 on Arium Chandler Az the driver that picks the trash on our property left trash every where i told him to go back and he was rude and he said that not his problem and got very mad about it, employee like him makes our property look bad, and the one he works for uws so sad that that what he gets pay to do , uws can you hire better employes . If you are thinking on use this company pls dont they are nasty
