I contacted Uwharrie because I needed to replace an arm on a Fanback Settee. After 33 years the arm started to decay. I purchased this settee, 4 adriondac chairs, a coffee table, end table, and footrest in 1993. Every piece of furniture is still in good condition. I have been so pleased with the quality of the furniture that I have added on pieces as time went by. Customer service has been very helpful. Worst company ever for standing behind their product. HR was rude, and promised to replace defective patio table, which warped, and actually rotted. The whole set should have been replaced!

Uwharrie I purchased a Uwharrie Chair Veranda Wood loveseat bench from Uwharrie Chair via Luxe Decor. I had called Uwharrie Chair direct and spoken about the various finishes as well as the timelines but they could not sell directly to me; I would have to go through one of their vendors. Unfortunately, this company has zero customer service and their product does not even come close to a "lifetime" as they proudly claim on their website. We purchased 6 pieces of one of their adirondack sets and spent thousands of dollars expecting heirloom pieces that should last many, many years as they state.
