Just a incredible bank to work with. The environment is way better than any other branch. Its always easy to do any transactions and the customer service is great. Thank you at this bank for making it easy for your business and my company work sufficiently.
Usually very good service. Not this time. Emailed from mobile app yesterday asking for debit limit increase the following day. Sandy responded that it was handled per voice message. Tried to make payment at 7am the next morning. Transaction declined - over limit. Called bank. Not open until 9am. Tried VRU. 6 questions later it told me to call bank. Waited until 9am.
