Been going there for years. Staff goes above the call of duty. No reason to ever change from this bank.
Obtained cash from bank's ATM, proceeded to teller window to exchange smaller bills for larger bills. Young man took $$ and then as an afterthought he asked do you have an account here at Uwharrie? I responded no and he stated can't exchange $$ without an account with them. Will now never consider an account with Uwharrie. Amazed at lack of customer service or future customer service.
