Absolutely terrible - the woman is nasty and rude. Ticketing is false. After paying $250 for a permit she will only provide me a parking spot a mile away.
Just the worst. Parking services at UW is bad in every way imaginable. Unfair ticketing, bad appeals process, terrible permit system, ridiculous permit pricing, and awful parking locations.
Bus drivers get 5 stars. Timely, respectful. Social, nice and informative. Most seem to really enjoy the drive. Busses always clean, safe. Good temperatures. Plenty of seats. Busses every 20 mins. Seen many drivers help out folks with left or lost belongings real quick. Good routes. Could be better. For the folks on the South, North, West side of town. Climb the corp, Mason latter for UW transportation. It's pure company ball and incompetence sadly.
UW Transportation Services practice unfair ticketing, which is devastating to students, facility, and customers. The appeal process is a joke.
