after 15 minutes waiting in the entryway, I was handed a bag with my must "be refrigerated" medicine with no cold pack. Her response was it just came out of the fridge. There went my plan to go out to dinner, instead I had to hurry home.
Rx are delivered when requested. Very easy to work with.
