Great experience from check in to completion of that days therapy. Both Lars and Adam took the time to talk to me, get a good history and tailoring a therapy plan for me.
My appt. for Physical Therapy was at 2:30pm. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paper work. I arrived at 2:10pm and registered at the front desk. Receptionist at the desk took my name and gave me paperwork to fill out. I returned the paperwork to the same receptionist who registered me at 2:20pm. Then I waited until 2:55pm and still no one called me back for my appt. I went back to the desk, to the same receptionist, and asked if I was going to see the therapist or not.
