Verona staff not very friendly. I got up counter to make payment. I said hi, she said nothing. Gave her my payment. Never asked if anything else she could do I needed make another payment. Gave her my stuff, she handed me my receipts I said thank you, she did not speak the entire time!!! Not happy, this not first time staff doesn't speak. Might take all my accounts elsewhere, I been with them since 1993. Not happy with verona uwcu.
Once again, UWCU fails to help. I would move my mortgage from this so-called cu if I could. I visited the Verona branch. Showed paperwork and explained that I needed an official signature, but NOT a notary. I was told I could come back in an hour and talk to someone to get advice in filling out the paperwork. It was like the person couldn't understand me. I felt she should have asked a coworker or let me speak to a supervisor or something. I came home and was looking on the website scheduled an appointment at another branch ... read more

Our loan officer was absolutely amazing and very easy to deal with..... He made us feel right at home..
