Lori was a great help today with getting a document notarized. She was professional, courteous, and very welcoming.
Verona staff not very friendly. I got up counter to make payment. I said hi, she said nothing. Gave her my payment. Never asked if anything else she could do I needed make another payment. Gave her my stuff, she handed me my receipts I said thank you, she did not speak the entire time!!! Not happy, this not first time staff doesn't speak. Might take all my accounts elsewhere, I been with them since 1993. Not happy with verona uwcu.
