I had a great experience at the Fish Hatchery branch. Mauricio was incredibly helpful and figured out a resolution for an issue I was having. I didn’t think it would get resolved but he did! I highly recommend working with him. thank you!
If you want something done quickly do NOT come to this branch. Nice people but things don’t move fast and they are fairly busy.
Every day UWCU customer service gets worse and worse. I honestly don't know who UWCU is in business for, because it certainly isn't for its clients.
