If you want something done quickly do NOT come to this branch. Nice people but things don’t move fast and they are fairly busy.
Every day UWCU customer service gets worse and worse. I honestly don't know who UWCU is in business for, because it certainly isn't for its clients.
I've been with UWCU for about a year and its been a great experience! I recently applied for an auto loan and after having some initial troubles I came in person and spent over 2 hours sorting things out with Mauricio who was incredibly helpful and kind. He help me put together everything I needed to get approved, and within 30 minutes after our meeting, I was! Thanks again Mauricio you where a pleasure to work with and I really appreciate your help.
Mauricio was really amazing to work with. He was kind, patient and truly listened to what I needed. He provided me finical knowledge while walking me through my process. I highly recommend this branch.
