I received guidance from a financial advisor at UWCU who was incredibly supportive while I was transferring my 401K contributions. To facilitate this, I visited my local branch in Middleton where a teller was supposed to make a copy of the paperwork I had received. Upon my arrival, I encountered two tellers. One was quite aggressive and dismissive, interrupting me before I could explain my purpose and insisting I schedule an appointment instead.
