Brian was amazing! My cards and online account were compromised; I was able to stop into the branch and Brian helped me resolve everything. With just a few days before the Christmas holiday; I was very stressed worrying about my online account being compromised. Brian was so kind, he was so patient, it took close to 2 hours to resolve all the issues but he was pleasant and patient during the entire thing. Amazing people at UWCU-Whitewater Branch!
My loan going to collections was the best thing that could have happened. Uw credit union is the absolute worst bank to have a loan with. Gave my wife the hardest time to make a payment, occasionally would not let her make a payment at all. Avoid at all cost
