Worst experience of my life.
I'd give this bank 5 stars if it had stayed on Division street. Everyone working there is phenomenal. Hopefully the new location is temporary, because it's inaccessible to students who don't have a car unless they plan to ride the bus for over an hour each way (The experience of driving on highway 10 also feels like a deterrent to anyone wanting to use the bank in person). This complaint would be less relevant if UW Credit Union weren't geared towards students like the title of the bank suggests it is. If the move was necess... read more
Each time I have been to this branch for services, the staff is very helpful & friendly. I have never left without having my service completed quickly & easily; or my problem solved & resolved.
Absolute worst business i have ever dealt with. Maybe for just simply checking they are fine, but don't ever get a loan here and definitely not a mortgage. The B.S. run around has been so much more difficult than it should be. The computer voice assist will absolutely drive you insane. Nobody has been helpful. Stay away.
