High quality staff that work hard
Had a loan through UW for the past 5 years never really any issues, had a bit of a problem a few months ago when I had to change my external payment accounts. Called up today to make a payment and an extremely helpful guy named Eddie not only figured out why my auto payment date changed, he was able to walk me through getting the UWCU app, get my autopayment request sent and explained how to pay via the app. Eddie was so helpful and professional that I had to take the time to drop a review. Keep up the good work Eddie.
UWCU is great. We’ve been with them for years and have nothing but great things to say with the staff. Everyone is always nice, and helpful throughout all of the unique situations we’ve had - cars, homes, refinancing, opening up a business account, and lots of other stops like emptying out a piggy bank, and getting a sticker for stopping in. We’re very happy with the credit union if you can’t tell.
Horrendous bank. Getting charged for not using an account is horrible. I have 5 banks that I use. I have NEVER been charged for inactive accounts anywhere. Closing all my accounts here immediately.
