This location is a very good option if you are planning to take the Flix bus from Seattle to Vancouver, Canada (or viceversa). Specially, if your destination is within Kirkland. Unfortunately, there is no sign there designating the spot as a Flix stop, but their app will help you to locate it. In terms of the regular Seattle public transit service, this hub is also useful, as it is located right in the University of Washington campus. You will find there multiple buses routes arriving/leaving, and servicing multiple areas.
Just plain helpful. They know campus parking. Tell them what you're trying to do and they'll get you situated. Others giving sub-optimal reviews sound like they are too self-important to deal with their own life administration, so they complain when others can't do it for them.
Horrible wait times. Sometimes there are multiple employees available, but they choose to chat instead. Very unfortunate operating hours for people that have to work full-time.
