All of the people are great there, smiling, friendly and just makes you feel welcome.
I lost my card today. I try calling the after hours number on the website and I get some foreigner who barely speaks English asking for my info then asks me what bank I’m with? Sketchy. I tell her a few times. Idk if she doesn’t understand but after a 5 minute hold she says she can’t find my account and I’ll have to call back during normal business hours. If my money gets stolen it’s on UVA Community Credit Union and I will expect it to be dealt with accordingly.
We've been coming to this branch for over 20 years and always had great service. We recently helped our daughter procure a loan. Sharon was great - she got us a great rate and was a real pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
This credit union is a great place to bank with. Really great people. My wife and I are so happy to be apart of this credit Union and we definitely recommend people to come back here at UVA.
