I have been a member for many years and always find the service at my branch to be efficient, personal, and professional. Just what I need.
All of the people are great there, smiling, friendly and just makes you feel welcome.
I lost my card today. I try calling the after hours number on the website and I get some foreigner who barely speaks English asking for my info then asks me what bank I’m with? Sketchy. I tell her a few times. Idk if she doesn’t understand but after a 5 minute hold she says she can’t find my account and I’ll have to call back during normal business hours. If my money gets stolen it’s on UVA Community Credit Union and I will expect it to be dealt with accordingly.
