We have used Paul Klinger from the credit union for TWO loans and thus far, the customer service and expertise is outstanding. Paul takes the time to listen to your needs. The credit union by far is the best option for mortgages or refinancing. We have used Paul for both and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get into their dream home. We love UVA Community Creidt Union. Everyone there is professional and friendly and they have a wide range of services to accommodate our family. Vehicle loans. HELOC loans. Checking. Savings. 401k. Etc. We love the location as well. Jackie is amazing and always available to answer questions. We appreciate all of you guys.
I've used them numerous times over the last few years. They are good as long as you can get thru to them. If you just want to call and speak with someone it's quite the challenge. Not convient when your sitting at a dealership trying to get your trade in payoff.
