very disappointed came all the way here to pay a car payment so I wouldn’t have to be charged 10$ over the phone and get told their card reader isn’t working that I would have to go to a atm ? How does the bank card reader not work? Do better ! Also couldn’t use their atm because my card doesn’t work there !
I’ve never had any issues with this bank. They are always polite and helpful.
Well I won't feel bad leaving a 1 star for the Culpeper branch. I see that others have had issues as well. First off almost Everytime we have been here an attitude pops up. It's not us because we have found out just not to say nothing and it will be okay. Very sad honestly. 2. Waste of time and trip tonight 6/3 so we went to deposit money in the ATM check the records but 2 or 3 times of trying it got all the way to depositing it and said please take your money the machine gave it back to us.
