Put in for a personal loan,have a A- credit rating,very little debt,offered collateral,,and sent me a offer for a 1/3 of what I needed.Suppose to be for the people,very very disappointed. For this to be a non-profit credit union for its people.It states on internet that these credit unions aren’t bbb accredited.
After several less than thrilling experiences with this location and it's staff. I can safely say I am comfortable giving this location a 1 star review. Poor etiquette,and embarrassing customer service left me heated enough to leave this review.
This is the worse one ever. One min they’ll do something then not even 2 days later they won’t. Just go to Charlottesville bc they will give you a hard time. They are clueless too this stuff. Have no idea what they are doing
