Don’t buy from this company. I ordered a bench with material described as “ivory”. It is beige and so it doesn’t match my decor. I have to pay $300 to ship it back AND they are charging me a restocking fee Buy your furniture from someone else
It’s been a nightmare getting my furniture I bought and paid for from uttermost. Freight company went out of business in Miami area and Uttermost has been totally non-responsive and helpful. Extremely frustrated
If you order from this company (which I recommend you do not) plan on waiting months for your order to come in. They will promise false arrival dates that will get pushed back repeatedly. If you are a reseller they compete directly with you by selling online through various large platforms. Very shady for a “wholesaler”. There are much better options out there
Deeply disappointed. Have waited over 6 months for a delivery of the Haven sofa - ordered in Feb. Promised for June. Delayed another 2 months. Maybe August? ‘Oh yeah - sorry - Covid blah blah’. Why are you still taking orders of you cannot fill them? And yes - my Safavieh dealer has been worse than useless. The supposed delay reasons comes from them as my intermediary.

Terrible customer service, takes months to get a product that is cheaply made junk.
We bought a table and the finish was very uneven, ruff, blotchy. I called the companies number that was in the box to ask a question. They were very rude and told me that they don't deal with consumers. They only deal with wholesale. We paid $700. for a piece of junk made in India that most likely cost them $25.
Excellent customer service! Purchased one of their awesome table lamps at Costco. 2 weeks later, I accidentally knocked over the lamp breaking the glass shade. Reached out to their customer service via email and had a response in less than 24 hrs stating they would ship me a replacement glass shade free of charge!
