My experience with John has been incredibly helpful for getting past some stubborn old habits and brain patterns. I've done hypnotherapy before, but I didn't get much from it. After 5 sessions with John, I don't know if it was the hypnosis or the conversations outside of it, I feel like I am in a much better space mentally.
