I was visiting my parents in Milton and booked a pedicure while in town (I came from Stoney Creek), and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff members deserve 5 stars alone for their hard work, sense of humor and professionalism. My rating is reflective of the high price point for the service we paid for. I have had the fire and ice treatment from Utopia before it was an amazing massage treatment and well worth the investment. Our recent visit was did not match previous experiences.
