What a wonderful, relaxing experience from the moment I walked in the door! It was AMAZING!
Well, I had an appointment with the esthetician on Dec 29, 2022. Received a call that she was out sick and would I reschedule! Of course, but they ask to call me back in 30 min as their system was not yet up! 24 hours later, still waiting on that call! I wish your business well but serious customer service training is needed! I will never come to your business and I will not encourage any of my friends to use your services!
