My grandson stays with my son in Michigan every summer and most winter breaks. He has moderate to severe ADHD, along with other health concerns. Very disappointed with visiting the office for the allergy testing and will not choose them again. They had me fill out an extensive pre-check questioner but said nothing about the child needing to be off Zyrtek for at least 7 days before the visit. A junior staff person who did not introduce themselves (most likely a student or assistant) spent 25 minutes with us asking the same questions we answered during the online check in. Awesome and Heart Felt Staff
Great location the staff is the sweetest and most caring. However, Dr. Cheng in my opinion should have retired several years ago. She provided outdated information on several topics and kept us for almost four hours with our newborn trying to collect a urine sample for a test that was already given and passed with a negative result negating the need for the sample all together. I came to this location with a referral for my son to see a hematologist. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Hooda and his office. I visited on 02/11 with a referral for my 3 year old son and drove all the way from Houston expecting answers and guidance.
