Wonderful service
Dropped of Senco stapler that wouldn't shoot for repair, took forever to "repair." Had an exhaust leak they said they couldn't fix. It had minor leak first two times I used it, then turned into a major leak and would not shoot again. I disassembled and seated the gaskets properly, reassembled and now it has no leak and shoots perfectly. Wasted money and drive, might as well have just ordered the parts and done myself.
Dropped off my Ridgid nail gun for warranty repair Never handed me any ticket and said they will call me when it’s ready 4 month later no one called me and ask led me for ticket to locate my tool which I do not have now I am waiting for them to call me
