This company like to charge fees but doesn't charge you properly to begin with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Arizona law states as shown in the picture In relation to utilities fees cannot exceed 10% of the monthly utility bill. Flat rates and set up charges would be included as utility fees. If you have been charged fees that exceed 10% of your utility bill file, a claim with the attorney general.
Company "inadvertently applied" a $35 charge to all accounts on my apartment complex and decided it was not appropriate to let tenants know of their error or correct it until I reached out for clarification and asked when they posted notice of this charge. They have not issued refunds to the tenants who just paid it or let anyone know they made this "error. Not a very respectable way to run a business.
Reported to BBB. Can’t even answer their phone or emails and can’t explain why they charged me a “penalty” I’m not going to pay lol.
