Paid my bill thru the internet (USB) before the due date the first time, waited to call on the due date to find out why it had not cleared thru the bank. I usually send it in via mail before due date by check. The customer service lady told me they do have the payment and I also got a confirmation number when I went thru the internet. A week went by still not cleared thru my bank, I gets a letter stating the amount was returned, resubmit your payment along with a 25.00 service charge. It does not look good smh
Getting to speak with someone about a low water pressure or ANY problem is such a hassle! Customer Service is good, but not having to be transferred from place to place to report a low water pressure and wanting to charge me a fee to come out to my home. I wish we had several choices to select from. They need competition!!!
