Getting to speak with someone about a low water pressure or ANY problem is such a hassle! Customer Service is good, but not having to be transferred from place to place to report a low water pressure and wanting to charge me a fee to come out to my home. I wish we had several choices to select from. They need competition!!!
Customer service is so trash lot of voice sat background coz of it person on other side can't hear me and he just hang up on me co she can not hear me .so so rude .govt need to hire more responsible persons who want to work not who just want to payed for free
