I took my mountain bike in that had been sitting in the garage for 10+ years. Bryan is very approachable and kind. He is very responsive and fixed my bike in a week. His prices are reasonable. My bike is sentimental as I used to ride it with my friend who died while serving in the military. Bryan got it fixed up and now she’s riding smoothly just like when I used to ride the trails with Doron in highschool. ❤️ He also took the time to come out and check the second hand bike mount I purchased to make sure it was safe. Found myself in a jam with a puncture on a tubeless set up during a long ride passing through Kingston, and Brian got me sorted quickly, while teaching me a few things about how to handle the issue the next time it happens. Friendly, affordable, quality service at a very cool shop right in town. Highly recommend.

Had a great time renting a bike for the day so I could ride through the Hurley/O&W Rail Trail. Bryan was amiable, professional, and made the process smooth, simple, and straightforward. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent a bike to explore the area and local trails!

This is a superb bike shop: they sell and assemble top quality bikes on a wide range of prices, and have in-store top quality components, accessories and gear. They also rent bikes and only have mint-condition ones. The shop itself is beautiful and a quick talk with Chris shows he is very knowledgeable and just very nice. Probably the best bike shop I have seen in the Eastern US yet (been here for 20 years).
