Headed to Buffalo to ride the canal and a member of our group forgot their front wheel. Although Matt was unable to provide a replacement, he was instrumental in providing a recommendation on where to find a replacement.

Utica Bike Rescue ..to the rescue! While biking through Utica September 2022 I had 2 tube punctures. Brought bike to UBR who made the repairs including a new tire. Very personable and professional! Learned they are a non profit who recycle cycles. Awsome !!! I was able to complete my bike trip on schedule thanks to Utica Bike Rescue. THANK YOU!!!!
