I worked at this company and had a very disappointing experience. The work environment was unstructured, with no clear SOPs and constant micromanagement. Some colleagues were unprofessional and tried to impose control instead of encouraging teamwork. There’s a lack of clarity in roles, and if you’re not part of their internal clique, you may be treated unfairly. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and organized workplace.

They don't deserve any star , My time at this company was challenging due to poor organizational structure and a lack of professionalism in the work environment. There was no clear separation of roles or responsibilities, and no standard operating procedures in place. Micromanagement was frequent, and teamwork was often undermined by personal agendas and internal politics. If you’re looking for a place that values respect, clarity, and professionalism, this may not be the right fit.

Utc Overseas is the best place ever. Everybody there is very friendly. They treat you like Family.
