So very frustrated with the public transportation system in the Salt Lake Valley. Service is delayed more often not. Trains are filthy .. often littered with garbage .. and the Blue line smells like pee. Service does not run late at night .. which makes it unusable for those going downtown to events, nightlife or work. Traffic and pollution are some of the biggest concerns facing greater Salt Lake .. and it would be nice if public transit was more reliable, efficient and affordable.

It's incredibly frustrating that there seems to be one service disruption announcement after another. As someone who depends on UTA to get to work, these repeated delays have real consequences. Employees across the valley are arriving late through no fault of their own, and some of us are forced to use our hard-earned PTO just to cover missed time. UTA allows their bus drivers to play loud videos on their phones disturbing the passengers on board. I filed a complaint and they said it was totally okay. Hopefully one day they change their policies.
