staff no longer enforce serveral rules which can make riding the front runner unpleasant. from allowing people to have music without headphones even though they still run the announcement saying headphones are required to staff doesn't enforce it. bike and scooter should go in the cart that has racks for them in the last year I've only seen one person actually enforce that
