I called to cancel a reservation, I understand there’s a 24-hour policy, but we can’t control how people feel, and my mom was sick. When I called, the representative was rude and unprofessional. When I asked about receiving a refund, I was told I’d have to call back on Monday and speak with Monica. This is unacceptable. Please do better, be better, and work on professionalism. If someone doesn’t like their job, they should allow someone who takes the role seriously to step in.

Have ride Trailways for several years. Starting with the office Jodi usually answers the phone and she knows our voices, treats us so well and takes care of us, we adore her ❤️ Driver and host We have rode with Mary so many years, have became good friends, she's always gotten us there safe ❤️ Tosh we are getting to know better where we can joke around and have fun with her.. over all no complaints 😊

Went to Wendover last night and the hostess was amazing even after my dumb husband was as rude on the way home. Price a little high but was a nice trip
