Gentleman on the phone was very polite, patient, and informative. He took his time to explain what was going on, what the next steps were, and what I could expect, as well as giving me insight into the background processes. Excellent experience!

I try only to post positive reviews, but after my experience here, I feel compelled to voice discouragement at the reception and service I received here. While I went at a quiet time (NO other customers there), the young girl seemed put out to have to help me, gave one word answers, and clearly seemed to care less about her job or helping anyone.
