While i didnt experience demeaning behavior, i just found the process to be frustrating and Not helpful. They stated i owe tax that I paid. I even had my bank call them to confirm I did. After my bank gave noticed and statements, they told my bank and I they admit they screwed up and what I actually did was pay a partial payment of the tax (even though i was told it was paid in full). I can’t even explain how rude and unprofessional these people are! They act like they’re on top of the world and you’re nobody. I have never in my life seen people so disrespectful, rude, mean, and manipulative. Trust me, they simply do not care that you’ve already spent your money and waited two months for the documents. Worked with Kellie Rezendes on a few personal property tax items. The commission (or at least Kellie) could not even define personal property in a way that distinguishes it from real property, so they tax you twice on it.
