Worked with Kellie Rezendes on a few personal property tax items. The commission (or at least Kellie) could not even define personal property in a way that distinguishes it from real property, so they tax you twice on it.

To be honest, these guys have been great. They are generally pleasant to speak with, knowledgable, and dont bounce you to different departments. I would say they do a good job.

This review was changed from 1 star to 5 stars due to a gentleman named Grant. You cannot trust the TAP system. The system reflected a credit on our account from a time we overpaid in the past so we paid the current balance it had shown due. The payment we made to the account zeroed out the balance and reflected 0 due. Months later we get collection notices and court judgement regarding the difference of the credit their system had credited towards the balance, but they say their system was wrong in doing so and we were not ... read more
