Jen was wonderful and really nice and in a great mood. She made our experience fast and easy.

While i didnt experience demeaning behavior, i just found the process to be frustrating and Not helpful. They stated i owe tax that I paid. I even had my bank call them to confirm I did. After my bank gave noticed and statements, they told my bank and I they admit they screwed up and what I actually did was pay a partial payment of the tax (even though i was told it was paid in full).
