Great local shop! Has helped with my ski boots a few times and they are always super nice, quick, and efficient. Heat molded, heated foot inserts, and today boot punch outs. Great prices and they even offered snacks! Owen helped me out today and he was great! I recommend this place for any of your winter gear needs!
Great rental experience. Good selection and they credit your demo price towards a new purchase which was pretty cool. Friendly service and their online support was responsive.
We had a great experience with Utah Ski Gear. However, I did have my snowboard bindings readjusted, and next day during my time at Brighton, I noticed one of the bindings was loose and shifting slightly. Otherwise, my friends and I had a good experience with purchasing ski gear and snowboard gear.
My experience with Utah Ski Gear was bad at first BUT they actually care about their customers even if they are on the other side of the country. Computers can actually make mistakes but Utah Ski Gear has real people in place to make things right when automation goes wrong. Great prices but more importantly better people.
