Since it was the beginning of the semester, there were lots of items, and the staff were friendly.
Would give zero stars if I could. Your Google listing says Saturday hours 10-5. Drove from 45 minutes away, arrived at 4:45 to find the store closed. Called this morning to ask about an item we were looking for and mentioned what happened on Saturday only to find out they change to “summer hours” and are completely closed on Saturdays. Please make sure to have your Google listing explain seasonal hours. That is very easily done on Google’s site. An hour and a half wasted due to incorrect business hours is very disappointing.
Customer service is obviously not a thing. Two people in line one of three cashiers working, two chatting. You can't exchange a gift without a gift reciept. Wrong size, too bad. Wrong color, too bad. I'm talking exchange, not return and cash back, just good old in store credit.
Web order for in store pick up went off without a hitch. Staff were awesome!!! Go Utes!!!
