The Murray branch is always helpful! The Relationship Officers are great at their jobs!
I noticed that someone had accessed my account to the point of getting the secret code which was actually texted to me. There was no way to notify ANYONE. I tried the number to report stolen credit cards for 45 minutes and finally got a person who was no help. He did block the cards but that is all Passwords and user name changed but not able to freeze a accounts etc.
This is a great place with great people!
I have been working with Utah Power Credit union for years! In my opinion one of the best credit unions around, always going out the extra mile for my needs!
Second time in a week we haven't been able to use our card. It keeps getting declined. Yet there's money in there and my card is still showing active and no sign of fraud or alerts. First time I was told sometimes after hours that happens, we'll we were literally stuck in the airport parking lot at 11pm with 4 kids cause we didn't have our other card with us.
