I have had so many minor bike issues with my kids bikes and the owner is always so happy to help even with some of the most simple things to some more complex issues as well! I love this place. They are so nice and it’s very convenient and easy.
Mike is great to work with. He takes the time to explain what he's doing and why. I feel that he is fair and honest with his prices.
Firstly and most importantly this shops repairs costs are REASONABLE!! The repairs costs mean a lot and work done correctly. Well at UMB you should not worry! Repairs and costs are REASONABLE! Shop owner Michael unlike (all) other shops in Utah valley has the ability to talk without being stuck up standoffish or etc. My experience with most shops is bike mechanics are unfriendly. This shop along with The Bike Peddler are my favorite bike shops! Save money with no worries with Utah Mountain Bikes.
Fats turn around time, great price, and even helped me secure a box to transport it on a flight. Awesome group.
