Came during business hours (Friday 11am), nobody there, no hours posted on the door, nobody picks up when calling (no options other than going to a specific person's inbox). Waste of time and bad vibe.
I've tried to contact them roughly 4 days in a row, and have left voice mails twice requesting contact back, to see if my particular business would even qualify and if I should go through the process or not. And yet, I haven't received a single call back, and no one has answered the phone once. What is the purpose of having a phone line, if no one is going to respond?
