Without Utah Microloan Fund, my chances of getting to own a Dental Lab again were pretty slim. They don't answer any phone calls, if you leave a voice mail with your contact info they don't call you back either.
It's been almost a month and my loan hasnt progressed past the credit check. I keep getting the run around. I see other reviews saying how wonderful this company is and that is why I went with them but now I am trying to figure out if this is the same company from other reviews or did they just go down hill in service?
I worked with UMLF in the spring of 2022 to get a loan for opening my podcast and YouTube studio. They were so helpful in walking me through the steps to forecast what I needed to plan for in opening a brick and mortar space, their process was efficient and clear, and I had a great experience all around. Coming from a fully remote, solopreneur style business into this expansion was a lot of newness, but UMLF was a great partner in helping me get funded.
